Who is CASCI?
On April 1, 1991, CASCI consisted of one department with approximately 75 associates. Today the company is a high performance health insurance claims processing and customer service organization that employs over 600 associates.

We are proud to have earned national recognition for our outstanding quality and customer service. In addition to winning high performance awards for the past ten consecutive years, CASCI was also named one of WV Family Magazine’s “Top 20 Companies for Working Families” and received an “Expect the Best WV” award from the Charleston Area Chamber of Commerce.

CASCI is also committed to service in the community. Our employees participate in many charitable activities, such as the March of Dimes Walk-a-Thon and MDA Lock up. We support programs such as Sojourners and Union Mission with donations of both time and money.
